Plan 1: $1200

Four boards in total placed as a U-shaped booth.

Back wall: 92" width x 92" height

Each side wall: 46" width x 92" height

You can only hang on the inside of the walls as the booth is part of a row.

Lighting is included.

Plan 2: $600

Two boards in total.

Wall total space: 92" width x 92" height

If you are a jeweler or ceramicist, you must use free standing shelves.

You cannot use tables.

Plan 3: $300

One board in total.

Wall total space: 46" width x 92" height

Total size of space: 22" width x 40" height

It is a section of a board.

You will be directly next to another exhibitor.

Please select two images carefully. They do not need to be finished works or products that you will exhibit. They only need to give us an idea of the kind of work that you might exhibit. If you do not supply images, we will view your website instead.

I agree to my images being used for promotion if I become an exhibitor.

1.	All work must be original and by the exhibitor. You can exhibit digital prints.
2.	Exhibitors cannot sublet their space or any part of it to another party without prior permission.
3.	We require a 50% deposit to hold your space. The remaining 50% is to be paid within 7-10 days. Occasionally, the second 50% can be spread over a longer period depending on the date of the fair. We do not make refunds as the rental is for a specific date.
4.	If the event is cancelled we will return your payment in full but cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred.
5.	You are responsible for your own insurance (damage, theft) of your work and public liability (third party). Your insurance must include “PAF DL INC. (employees, staff, officers, directors and contractors)”. The majority of exhibitors do not have insurance due to cost, especially if they are bringing and hanging their own work, so you can send a waiver letter instead.
6.	Work does not need to be for sale.
7.	People under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
