Art & design may not seem like a necessary item during the Covid-19 epidemic until you bear in mind the home environment and how it impacts our mental health and well-being. It is not without reason that so many people during lockdown turned to home improvements. In essence, beautifying our environments impacts are mental health and well-being. Although Parallax Art Fair's operations continue during this period, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Yes. Our delivery associates and partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers, this may include placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, the driver will complete the check at a distance. You can also choose a safe place location where the driver can leave your package if you can’t answer the door.
In order to protect customers and their neighbours, we will only deliver parcels to neighbours when asked to do so by our customers. Please ask your chosen neighbour to confirm they are comfortable accepting parcels on your behalf before asking us to deliver to your neighbour. We will be unable to deliver to your neighbour in cases of local lockdown.
Yes, we are still delivering large and bulky items. Customers are responsible for moving the item from their front door to their desired location within their property.
We have implemented proactive measures to protect employees including increased cleaning, maintaining social distance, and adding distance between drivers and customers when making deliveries.

We have followed government guidelines throughout the pandemic, though we decided not to open in July 2021, unlike some fairs, as we felt that more time was needed for people to be double vaccinated, as well as to readjust to normal life. As guidance is updated we will follow what is required by the venue and the law. However, we will also seek to listen to staff and exhibitors.
